Dr. Carlos Garcia-Fajardo was born in Ecuador. He graduated from medical school in Cuba and completed his residency in Family Medicine at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York City.

In his practice, he focuses on providing care to senior adults and on preventing and managing chronic illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.

Dr. Garcia-Fajardo wants to help all of his patients to improve their quality of life through a balanced diet and appropriate physical activity, which can reduce their dependence on medication. As part of his comprehensive approach to health, he includes the patient’s family in the general care plan whenever possible and appropriate. Each of his patients receive personalized, compassionate care, and is treated like family.

Dr. Garcia-Fajardo is passionate about healthy living and exercising. He enjoys biking, hiking, and playing soccer with his friends and family in his free time.
