Stephanie Tijerina, NP is a bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner and Texas Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Prior to joining Gonzaba Medical Group, she gained valuable surgical experience working at Methodist Specialty & Transplant Hospital as well as at Urology San Antonio. Most recently, NP Stephanie Tijerina was a Family Nurse Practitioner where she assessed and served new and established patients, treating them with compassion and to achieve the most optimal healthcare outcomes.

NP Stephanie Tijerina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.

In addition to her many years of valuable experience, NP Stephanie Tijerina is very passionate about her practice. She strives to collaborate with fellow team members to provide high quality healthcare. She joined Gonzaba Medical Group in 2024 and we’re extremely happy to have her join the familia!
